Optional subjects for UPPCS Mains Removed! The Mains will now have 8 compulsory papers. Instead of the two optional papers candidates will now have to attempt two compulsory papers on General Knowledge of Uttar Pradesh.

UPPCS Hindi Literature Marking Scheme

- The Prelims exam is an objective-based, multiple-choice question type exam.
- This is subdivided into two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, for which the information is given in the above-mentioned paragraph.
- For paper 1, every right answer will be given 1.33 marks.
- For paper 2, every right answer will be given 2 marks.
- For every wrong answer, 0.33 marks will be deducted.
