Kerala PSC KAS Results 2025 - How to Calculate the Marks?

1. Prelims Exam - Objective Type

The prelims consist of two objective type papers. The two question papers contain 100 questions each. The way to calculate marks is the same for both the papers. Candidates need to use the Kerala PSC KAS Answer Key 2025 for calculating their marks. The steps to calculate the marks are given below:

Step 1: For every right answer, add 2 marks.

Step  2: Deduct 0.25 marks for every wrong answer from the above total.

2. Mains Exam - Descriptive Type

The mains exam consists of three papers of 100 marks each. These papers are of the descriptive type. The duration of this stage is 2 hours for each paper. The exact marks scored in this stage cannot be estimated by the candidate due to the nature of the examination.

3. Interview round
