(b) a subject of Nepal or 

(c) a subject of Bhutan

(d) Tibetan refugees who came to India before 1-1-62 with the intention of permanently settling in India

(e) Indian Origin Person from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries like Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi & Zaire who have migrated to India.
