Puberty is the process of physical changes through which a child's body matures into an adult body capable of sexual reproduction. The period of growing up to an adult from a child is known as adolescence. Adolescence is one of the important stages in the life span of a human being. It is the phase when very rapid changes take place both physically as well as psychologically.
