⇒ 5! = 120

Divisibility of 4:

A number is divisible by 4 if it's last two digit is divisible by 4

Now, The numbers of number formed by these 5 digits which is divisible by 4 

Case 1. When the last two digit is 16 

The numbers of number formed = 3! = 6

Case 2. When the last two digit is 36 

The numbers of number formed = 3! = 6

Case 3. When the last two digit is 56

The numbers of number formed = 3! = 6

Case 4. When the last two digit is 96

The numbers of number formed = 3! = 6

So, The total numbers of number formed by these 5 digits which is divisible by 4 is 24
