⇒ 549.4

Total Expenditure of 2020 = 395 + 76 + 5.1 + 38.2 + 98

⇒ 612.3

Required percentage = \( \dfrac{549.4}{612.3} \) x 100

⇒ 89.73%

∴ Total expenditure on all items in 2018 was 89.73 percent of the total expenditure of all the items in 2020.
