Statements:

I. All P are W.

II. No O is W.

Conclusion:
I. Some O are not P → Follow → From the statements we know that all 'P' are 'W' and no 'O' is a 'W' which means no 'O' is a 'P' which can be also stated as some 'O' are not 'P'. Therefore, the conclusion follows.

II. All W are O → Does not follow → We have 'No O is W' which clearly means that 'O' is not related to 'W' and therefore this conclusion is baseless thus the conclusion does not follow.

So, only conclusion I follows.

Hence, the correct answer is "option 2".
