SSC JE Exam Pattern 2025 for Paper 1
The SSC Junior Engineer Paper I examination is an objective type CBT (Computer Based Test) with a total of 200 questions. SSC JE Paper I carries a weightage of 200 marks. SSC JE Paper I is further divided into three sections. These sections are General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 Marks), General Awareness (50 Marks), and Technical Section i.e. Civil & Structural Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering (100 Marks).

The SSC JE Exam Pattern Paper 2 includes objective-type questions. This Paper has a weightage of 300 marks. There will be three parts i.e. Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Candidates will attempt only one of these parts based on their graduation stream.
