The NCHMCT 2025 Round 1 seat allotment was announced on June 2, 2025. Document upload and verification are open from June 3 to June 5, 2025 for selected candidates. Candidates must complete the process within the given dates to confirm their allotted seats. The NCHMCT JEE counselling is conducted for college students and helps them to know their interest in a particular course. There will be 27 State Government Institutes, 21 Central Institutes, 01 Public Sector Undertaking, and 29 Private Institutes of Hotel Management participating in counselling. The selection of the candidates in BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration will be decided on the basis of their All India Rank (AIR) in NCHMCT JEE. NCHMCT JEE Counselling Procedure In Steps

Candidates have to go through the following steps in NCHMCT JEEcounselling procedure:

Step 1: Registration for NCHMCT JEE Counselling

Candidates have to first register themselves on the official website. Registration is the first step of the NCHMCT JEE counselling process.

Step 2: Choice Filling and selection Locking

The next step of the counselling process is the choice filing of the schools and stream. This step ensures the allotment of the candidates in institutes.

Step 3: Seat Allotment Result

Once the allotment and locking step is completed, the authority will release the result of the seat allotment. Candidates can log in to their accounts and check their allotment status. 

Step 4: NCHMCT JEECounselling Fee Payment

After the allotment result, candidates have to pay the counselling fee through an online mode. Candidates who will not pay the counselling fee will not be shortlisted for the allotted seat of counselling.

Step 5: Reporting To Allotted Institute/College

After the seat allotment process, candidates have to deposit the counselling fee that is around Rs. 40,000/-. (Rs. 38,000/- for seat acceptance + Rs. 2,000/- for counselling).

How to Register for NCHMCT JEE Counselling?

Candidates willing to register for NCHMCT JEEcounselling, have to follow the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: The first step you have to follow is to visit the official website of NCHM.

Step 2: Log in with the correct credentials for further steps.

Step 3: If you are a new candidate, you have to register yourself first.

Step 4: Read all the instructions carefully and then complete the registration form.

Step 5: Fill out all the sections of the form that are personal details, qualifications details, contact details, or required documents.

Step 6: Review the form carefully and then submit it.

After the successful submission of the application form, the database of the candidates will be updated. The same database will be used for seat allocation and choice filling. 

How to fill the choice for NCHMCT JEE?

Candidates have to follow the below steps to fill the choices: 

Step 1: All candidates have to submit their choices of Institute and Program according to their preference.

Step 2: As per the eligibility of the candidates, available Choices for Programs and institutes will be displayed on the screen.

Step 3: From the available choices, candidates can fill in as many choices as per their interest or preference.

Step 4: If the candidates want to change their choices, they can do so during the stipulated time for every round mentioned in the Counselling process.

Step 5: Candidates can take out the print copy of the choice filling only after the choice locking.

How to check NCHMCT JEE Seat Allotment Result?

Follow the below-mentioned steps to check the seat allotment result:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the NCHM.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Seat allotment result for BSc (HHA)’ tab.

Step 4: You have to log in with Roll No and Password to view your seat allocation result. 

Step 5: View your final seat allotment result and take a print copy of it.

There are some important documents required for candidates who are participating in counseling. These documents are as follows:

Types of Seat and Eligibility for NCHMCT JEE

There is a total number of 12,045 seats available for the candidates who are preparing to participate in NCHMCT JEEcounselling. Candidates who are willing to participate in the NCHMCT JEEcounselling have to satisfy the eligibility criteria. Get an overview of the eligibility criteria from the below table:

NCHMCT JEE Counselling Fee to be paid

Before appearing for the NCHMCT JEEcounselling, candidates have to pay a participation fee. The total amount of Rs 40,000 is adjusted as the academic fee for the first semester of the HRM course. The counselling fee is Rs. 2,000/-.

NCHMCT JEE Direct Admissions Process

There is another option available for the candidates to participate that is, through the direct admission process. But, candidates have to fulfill the conditions to get direct admission. These conditions are as follows:

• Candidates should be among the top 200 rank holders from respective streams from any recognized institutes wherein up to 2 lakh candidates appear. 
• Also, candidates should be 1 to 500 rank holders from the recognized board where 2 lakh to 5 lakh candidates take the examination.

NCHMCT JEE Withdrawal of Seat and Fee Refund

Candidates can withdraw money even after their allotment. There are some policies under which candidates can grant refund fees. These policies are as follows:

Condition 1: 100% refunds of the fee (Rs 38,000) is permitted to candidates except for the Counselling fee (Rs 2,000)

The refund will be given to candidates:

• Who has not been allotted a seat during the counselling's 1st and 2nd Round
• Who have been allotted seat during the counselling's 1st and 2nd Round but as per given schedule withdraw it through the system at the respective Admission Center 
• Who have been allotted seat during 1st and 2nd Round and deposited fees online but found not satisfy the eligibility criteria

Condition 2: Rs. 8,900/- is permitted to candidates except for the Counselling fee (Rs 2,000)

The refund will be given to candidates:

• Who have been allotted seats during the 1st and 2nd Round but could not withdraw through the system due to any reason
• Who have been allotted seat through the 1st and 2nd Round and reported to the allotted Institute but did not attend any class due to any reason

Condition 3: No refund is applicable

In this condition only Rs. 6,500/- money will be refunded to the candidates. This refund is offered to candidates who have been allotted seats during counselling the 1st and 2nd rounds, reported to the allotted Institute and attended Classes. 

What After NCHMCT JEE Counselling?

After the candidates select the list of colleges, they have to fill in the names of colleges as per their preference/interest. They also have to check the colleges that are available to them for admission on the basis of their rank in NCHMCT JEE 2022. They can then lock the same. Also, after students are allotted a seat in the college of their preference, they have to appear at a designated admission centre in order to complete the process of admission. There they have to complete the following tasks:

• Submission of fee
• Choices up-gradation
• Documents verification
• Collection of seat allotment letter

All the candidates have to take a print of the online allotment letter for their reference.
