Scribe Details for NCERT LDC Exam 2023 

The SCRIBE facility will be governed by the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment in OM No. F. NO. 34-02/2015-DD-III dated 29th August, 2018 titled "Guidelines for Conducting Written Examinations for Persons with Benchmark Disability." Candidates who are visually impaired (VI) or whose writing speed is hampered by Cerebral Palsy/Muscular Dystrophy/candidates with Locomotor Disability (one arm)/Intellectual Disability (Autism, Specific Learning Disability, and Mental Illness) can use Scribe to write answers on their behalf. Candidates must indicate their desire to hire a Scribe when completing the ONLINE application form.
