HPSC AEE Admit Card 2024: Link to Download Hall Ticket

The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has released the admit card for Subject Knowledge Test. The exam will be conducted on 9th June 2024. The admit cards will be available on the official website from 31st May 2024 onwards. The candidates will not be allowed to sit in the examination without the admit card. Key details of the HPSC AEE Admit Card are:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC). 

Step 2: Look for the “Career” tab on the HPSC homepage and click on it. 

Step 3: Click on the HPSC AEE Admit Card and a new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Fill in the required login credential such as application id and date of birth to access the HPSC AEE Admit Card.

Step 5: The HPSC AEE Admit Card will open on the screen and the candidate must download and take a printout of the admit card for further reference.

What to Carry to the HPSC AEE Exam Hall?

The aspirants must make sure to carry the required documents to the examination venue to validate the information before appearing for the HPSC AEE examination. The following items are suggested to be carried to the Assistant Environmental Engineer (AEE) exam hall:

HPSC AEE Admit Card 2024: Key Points 

The candidate must keep the following things in mind after downloading the HPSC AEE Admit Card.

• The candidates must adhere to the points cited in the admit card strictly.
• The candidates are suggested to take a few clear print-outs of the admit card which will be needed before and after the Examination.
• The candidate needs to enter the interview hall 30 minutes earlier to avoid any problems before the examination.
• The candidates must make sure that the information printed on the HPSC AEE hall ticket is legible, especially the photograph and signature.
• The candidates are asked to maintain the decorum of the exam Hall.

Scribe Details for the HPSC AEE Exam

The recruiting body i.e. Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has mentioned details regarding the scribe for the post of the HPSC AEE which is listed below. 

• An extra / compensatory time @20 minutes per hour will be allowed in each paper to the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (Blind and Low vision or Locomotor Disability), only on production of a Medical Certificate issued by Medical Board constituted by the Chief Medical Officer of concerned district, and after issuing permission by the Commission in this regard.
• The PwBD (Blindness and Low vision) candidates who want only extra time (without the help of a soibe) will have to apply to the Commission for the permission for extra time well in time.
• PwBD candidates suffering from Locomotors Disability who want extra/ compensatory time will have to apply to the Commission for permission. Such candidates will be allowed extra time @20 minutes per hour for Examination, on production of medical certificate issued by a Medical Board, clearly stating therein that the candidate's

writing ability is severely affected due to his / her disability.

• The PwBD (Blindness and Low vision) candidates who want the help of a scribe to write his/her paper will have to apply to the Commission for the permission of a scribe separately well in time i.e. at least 03 working days prior to the commencement of the Examination. No online request for a scribe will be accepted by the Commission. 
• The candidate has to make his / her own arrangement of a scribe. 
• The scribe should be a studying-student upto l0+2 and his/ her photo & other particulars should be duly verified by the Principal of the Institution in which the student is studying. 
• lt should be noted that no such permission in the above cases will be granted by the Centre Supervisor.
