Given:

(x1, y1) = (3, -4) and (x2, y2) = (-2, 5)

We know that,

Slope of a line is given by

m = (y- y1)/(x- x1)

⇒ m = (5 - (-4))/(-2 - 3)

⇒ m = -9/5

∴ Slope of the line is -9/5
