The volume of a cone is 73920 cm3.

The height of the cone is 160 cm

Concept used:

The volume of a cone = 1/3πr2h

Calculation:

According to the question,

1/3πr2h = 73920

⇒ 1/3πr2 × 160 = 73920

⇒ 22/7 × r2 = (462 × 3)

⇒ r2 = 21 × 21

⇒ r = 21

Diameter = 42

∴ The diameter of the base is 42
