The communication process starts with the formation of ideas by the sender, who then transmits the message through a channel or medium to the receiver. The receiver gives feedback in the form of a message or appropriate signal in the given time frame to continue the communication cycle.

Peter Little defines communication as "the process by which information is transmitted between individuals and or organizations so that an understanding response results."

Process of Communication:

• Sender - He is the communicator who sends messages to the receiver. He also acts as an encoder.
• Encoding - To translate thoughts into arbitrary symbols.
• Message - Then these symbols are transferred to the receiver.
• Decoding -  To translate the arbitrary symbol into thoughts. So that, both the sender and receiver can easily understand.
• Receiver -  He receives the message and sends feedback to the sender.
• Noise - Any type of noise that arises in the channel of communication. Like the noise of music, etc.
• Feedback - It is the response of the receiver to the sender of the message.

Therefore, The components of the communication cycle are sender, message, receiver, and feedback.
