సూరజ్ వయస్సు x సంవత్సరాలు మరియు అర్జున్ వయస్సు y సంవత్సరాలు అనుకుందాం.

⇒ x = 3y       ----(1)

8 ఏళ్ల తర్వాత,

⇒ x + 8 = (5/2) (y + 8)       ----(2)
