The least possible Venn diagram for the given statements is as shown below :

Conclusions:

I. All A are C → Follow (As all A are R and all R are C. So, as whole A comes in C therefore it is definitely true)

II. Some R are A → Follow (As all A are R. So, as whole A comes in R therefore it is definitely true)

III. No C is R → Does not follow (As all R are C. So, as no negative or cross relation between C and R is given therefore it is definitely false)

∴ Here, Both conclusions I and II follows.

Hence, the correct answer is "Both conclusions I and II follows".
