This warning has been issued at a time when tensions between Iran and Israel have increased significantly. Israel carried out a major air strike on Iran’s military and nuclear bases under “Operation Rising Lion”. In response, Iran fired ballistic missiles on Israeli cities.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a video posted on social media platform X that the aim of “Operation Rising Lion” is to eliminate the threat posed by Iran that is challenging Israel’s existence. He also said that this military operation will continue until this threat is completely eliminated.
On the other hand, according to Iran’s state news agency IRNA, in response to the Israeli attacks, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched “Operation True Promise 3”, under which large-scale drone and missile attacks were carried out targeting fuel production centers and energy supply bases of Israeli fighter jets. Iran has described it as a direct and strict response against Israel’s aggression.
