Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp butter/oil
- 1/2 cup cheese.
Step By Step Guide
Beat The Eggs
Beat the egg yolks into a bowl, mix milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until the mixture becomes slightly thick and smooth.
Prepare The Pan
Add butter into the pan and place it over medium heat and let the butter melt gradually and cover the edges of the pan evenly.
Cook On Low Heat
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly,then delicately stir with the help of a spatula. Move the egg from corners to center, do all this on a low flame.
Add Grated Cheese
After cooking eggs to about 80%, add the grated cheese on top and stir it delicately to let the cheese mix with eggs.
Garnish And Serve
Turn off the heat and let the eggs cool for a while and they will be done cooking from reduced heat. Garnish the dish with some fresh coriander leaves and minced cloves, serve the perfect flavourful scrambled eggs with toast or any desired preference.
