A woman and her live-in partner killed her four-year-old daughter after the two got into a fight in Rajasthan’s Jaipur. They took the girl’s body to hide 300 kilometers away in Baran district.
Police: Ishika stayed with mother, partner
According to NDTV, the accused have been identified as Roshanbai and Mahavir Bairwa. The four-year-old girl has been identified as Ishika. The police said that Iskhika had been living with her mother Roshanbai, and Mahavir for the past seven months.
Ishika was the daughter of Rishan Bai and her former husband Ravindra Bairwa.
Child killed and hidden
A fight took place between Roshanbai and Mahavir, which turned ugly and unfortunately led to the girl’s killing. The couple fled to Baran. After reaching, they tied her body with a dupatta and kept it in a cupboard.
Mahavir’s father Jairam smelled a stink emanating from the cupboard, and blood was coming out. The police have arrested Mahavir Bairwa and launched a massive search to nab Roshanbai.
Delhi: Brother-sister duo found hanging in flat
In a separate incident, a 32-year-old man and his 30-year-old sister were found hanging inside their rented flat in Delhi’s Seemapuri on Sunday, police said. The incident came to light after neighbours reported a foul smell emanating from their ground-floor flat.
The deceased have been identified as Viresh Kumar Tomar, son of Devender Kumar, and his sister Chinki Tomar, residents of Fatehpur Chak, Kishanpur, Ramala in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The siblings had been living in the flat since 2021, said the police.
