For this purpose one need to visit the side of UIDAI. After this you need to click on Retrieve Lost or Forgotten EID/UID’ from ‘My Aadhaar Section.

In the next step you need to enter your name, mobile number, email address and the code. After this you need to click on Send OTP.

Following this you will receive OTP on your mobile number linked with the Aadhaar Card. Once you enter the OTP, you will see the details of your Aadhaar Card on the screen.

If you don’t have documents, then you can get you Aadhaar Card number via Biometric details.
