Jaipur: A Dalit boy was found hanging in his classroom at Jawahar Navodaya School in the Pragpura area of Kotputli-Behror district, informed police.

According to officials, the boy was studying in class 10. The incident took place on Wednesday and his family refused to accept the body.

The family members are holding a protest demanding the arrest of two teachers, whom they have accused of killing the boy. They are saying that both the teachers have killed the boy and then changed it. 

Ranjeeta Sharma, Kotputli-Behror’s Superintendent of Police, said that the family had alleged two teachers, who allegedly used to harass the boy.

The SP informed that a postmortem of the body could not be conducted because the family members had been protesting. 

An FIR was registered against both the teachers under IPC’s section 302 and others. No arrest has been made yet.
